Stallholders

We either run or manage a wide range of markets and events from our Accredited Farmers Market at Eynesbury, Artisans Markets and general stalls for festivals and other events.  
Fees for most events are set by the operators of the event and we are employed to find and manage stallholders. These fees will vary in cost depending on the Organisation that owns the event. 

We will try and make everything as simple as possible for you, however we need you to comply with all laws & regulations, including food handling and food safety regulations and have current public liability insurance.

Artisan Market - Monthly

If you are a local independent designer, artist, small business or musician who makes or designs your own unique product, artwork or music, we are interested in hearing from you.  We will give preference to those using sustainable or fair trade materials locally,eco-friendly products, such as shopping trolleys, gardening books, boutique organic cotton items and similar styled products. We have an open market with few restrictions on what can be sold at our variety markets.  However, we do limit the number of party plan and commission style stalls and would like to retain a high to reasonable standard of products. 

Costs
Our fees are different for each market and event. All fees must be paid 7 days from invoice, no payment, no entry. 
Click on the selling tab, create a new user and the registration form will pop up.  If you do not have public liability the form will NOT save.  This criteria also stops numerous spam applications. You will need to insert an image of some type and let us know you do not have insurance.  We can only cover a small number of stallholders per market @ a cost of $10.00

Accredited Farmers' Markets

Accredited Farmers' Markets

If you would like to sell at one of our Food & Farmers Markets, you will must be:

    a farmer or home gardener and you grow, produce, raise or catch your own produce;
    a small business who specialises in gourmet produce (including but not limited to artisan cheese or boutique bread) that you have made yourself (with love!).  We prefer products are made from local or Australian Ingredients.

However you cannot purchase produce from another market or wholesaler. Any stallholder who is found to purchase produce from a wholesale supplier or market will be asked to leave the market.
